The Pro Z17 follows the same "single lens" design found in the Carbon/Blue Steel/Camo and Carbon Pro Series styles with a few new changes. For one, the nosepiece is adjustable. This gives the user the ability to "custom-fit" their frame to their nose or face contour for a perfect fit. Secondly, the frame is heat fused binding proprietary non-slip elastomers with a nylon Grilamid TR-90 polymer. This gives the frame flexible durability and provides a comfortable lightweight style for active users.

In addition, the Pro Z17's features several available ANSI Z80.1, non-glare, interchangeable lenses. Each one is crafted with a 7.5 curvature that provides further wrap-around protection and side sun-shielding glare then the Carbon/Blue Steel/Camo Series.
